View ResourceFood has always been a major part of my life. I grew up following in my dad’s footsteps and learned to cook. This led me to persue a career in culinary. Once I graduated with a diploma in Culinary Management I decided that the long hours in a kitchen weren’t for me. I completed a co-op and gradated with another diploma, this time in Food and Nutrition Management. But again, this still wasn’t enough! From that point on I decided I wanted to learn more about nutrition, so I set my sights on Brescia University College. I graduated with an Honors Specialization in Nutrition and Dietetics and have nearly finished a year-long internship including 9 different placements.
I love working with people, whether it's with clients, residents, patients, or cats. I have a kind and empathetic heart which helps me to develop rapport with people.
